About Me
My name is Andrew Swiderski.
I am a freelance video editor and 2D animator living in Ridgewood, Queens.
I am also the Treasurer for the Committee of the Blind of Poland.
I have over 5 years of experience working in post-production, primarily working in advertising and on branded content. I also have experience working as a 2D animator for music videos, interviews, and online shows.
I have experience freelancing for agencies such as McCann, Craft NY, no6, Even/Odd Studios, Bad-Behavior, and more. Some of the clients I have worked with include Mastercard, Coca-Cola. IBM, Microsoft, Bank of America, US Soccer, Ikea, McClaren, Ford, and more.
Prior to my work in advertising, I worked at VICE Media Group as an Assistant Editor for 2.5 years. I worked on content for all of their verticals including VICE World News, Refinery29, Munchies, Noisey, VICE TV, VICE Digital, and VICE’s Branded team, both digital and broadcast.
In my free time, I enjoy to spend time outdoors hiking, canoeing, and bicycling. I am a musician who loves synthesizers and samplers, and I also love traveling and exploring the world. I am a big fan of screen-printing, and love designing and printing t-shirts at home as a side business.
